Return & Exchange Policy – Chhaapvastra
At Chhaapvastra, every product is handcrafted with care.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.
No Return / No Exchange
•We do not accept returns for any reason including size issues, colour differences, or change of mind.
•We do not offer exchanges for any product.
•Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after shipping.
Exceptions (Only if applicable):
We will replace an item only if:
•You received a wrong product, OR
•The product arrived in damaged condition.
In such cases:
1.You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
2.Send unboxing video + photos to (your email or WhatsApp number).
3.Our team will review and arrange a replacement (if approved).
Important Notes
•Colour variations may occur due to lighting & screens; this is not considered a defect.
•Handcrafted pieces may have minor irregularities — this is part of the art and not eligible for replacement.
